Cancellation Notice:

Clients may cancel or reschedule their consultation with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with this notice will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you and preparation has already been completed. No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will also not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling:

Clients may reschedule their appointment once without penalty, provided it is within the 48-hour notice period. Additional rescheduling may incur an administrative fee.

Refunds:

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.
